Volunteer with us
We are looking for School Representatives and Liaisons. No experience necessary!! If your child has a 504 or IEP please consider volunteering for the Framingham SEPAC. You don’t need to know all the answers, just be willing to ask questions. Framingham SEPAC volunteers work together to help answer questions and a majority of communication is done via email or phone. Time commitment can be as much or as little as you can provide. We welcome and encourage having more than one representative at each school. As a F-SEPAC School Representative you will:
- Act as liaison between your child’s school and the F-SEPAC
- Communicate F-SEPAC information to your child’s school. Make sure events and resources are in the school news and online to build awareness about F-SEPAC services and events at your child’s school
- Inform F-SEPAC officers about what happening at your child’s school.
- We are also looking for volunteers/liaisons for the Spanish and Portuguese community, English Language Learners, SAGE, and city government.
The Framingham Special Education Parent Advisory Council (F-SEPAC) is an all-volunteer organization of parents and guardians of children receiving support services in the Framingham Public Schools. We are dedicated to build a network for families whose children are receiving support special education services or considering requesting an evaluation for an IEP/504.
